Holiday and caravan parks
On a park the question is usually the clubhouse, bar or entertainment venue, not the pitches.
On a holiday or caravan park, the building that usually matters is the clubhouse, bar or entertainment complex. If it is reasonable to expect 200 or more people in it at once during the season, it is likely to be standard tier, or enhanced at 800+. Check your scope against the SIA's guidance and scope tool when it launches.
What does it mean for you?

- Evening entertainment is the peak: plan for that, not the quiet afternoon.
- Invacuation may mean keeping guests inside the complex while the threat is on the park.

What do the four procedures look like in a park clubhouse?
Evacuation: from the entertainment hall to a point away from the park entrance.
Invacuation: keeping guests inside the complex while a threat is elsewhere on the park.
Lockdown: the clubhouse doors and the bar shutters.
Communication: the entertainments PA and a message to caravans and lodges.

Common questions
Does the whole park count towards the 200?
Scope is about qualifying premises, which are buildings (or buildings with land) in a listed use. On most parks the relevant building is the clubhouse or entertainment venue. Check your own layout against the SIA's guidance.
